2.1. Account & sign-in
I forgot my password — what do I do?
Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen. You will receive a verification code by email. If you do not see it within 2 minutes, check your Spam folder.
How do I change my email address?
In the app, go to Profile → Email. A 6-digit confirmation code will be sent to the new address.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion directly from the app or from the dedicated page: https://godriver.app/en/account-deletion
2.2. Rides & deliveries
My ride is not being assigned to a driver
In high-demand areas or outside working hours, assignment may take longer. If more than 5 minutes pass with no response, cancel the ride and try again — at no cost.
How do I cancel a ride?
Cancellation is free while the ride is in "Pending" state. After acceptance, cancellation fees may apply per the Terms and Conditions.
I lost an item in the car / parcel
Email support@godriver.app with the ride number and a description of the item. We will contact the driver within 24h.
2.3. Payments & invoices
How do I get my invoice?
The invoice is generated automatically after the ride is completed and is available in the order history, under "Invoices".
My payment failed — what should I do?
Verify your card details and available balance. If the issue persists, contact your issuing bank or email billing@godriver.app.
2.4. For drivers & couriers
How do I upload KYC documents?
In the app, go to Documents and upload: ID card, driving license, vehicle insurance, vehicle inspection and transport license (if applicable). Verification takes 1–3 business days.
When do I get paid for rides?
Payouts are processed weekly, on Mondays, for rides completed through the previous Sunday. The transfer arrives within 1–3 business days in your configured IBAN.
3. Urgent reporting
For emergencies (accident, dangerous behavior, harassment), call 112 immediately and then send us a report at support@godriver.app with the ride details.
